Assess patient condition, administer medications, and monitor recovery post-surgery. Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and health management at home. Advocate for patient needs and ensure a sterile, safe environment. Assist in surgical procedures and provide critical care as needed. Proficiency in administering patient care in orthopedic and spine units. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Expertise in managing pain and wound care. Capable of high-stress decision-making and prioritization in emergency situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license. Orthopedic Nurse Certified (ONC) preferred.
