The firm is seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Attorney with demonstrated experience in land use and zoning to join our dynamic Real Estate & Development group. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a seasoned team in a highly collaborative environment, advising clients on complex real estate projects across Long Island and the greater New York metropolitan area. Job Details Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar. 2 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong focus on land use, zoning, and municipal approvals. Experience representing clients before municipal boards is highly preferred. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills. Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple matters independently and as part of a team. Commitment to client service and long-term relationship building.
