Biomechanics Movement Expert – SSWING is looking for a highly

process at the beginning of the equation; physiology, how one
moves. We educate, explain and ultimately improve movement -
looking at the science, biomechanics and math, combined with expert
coaching, and cutting-edge technology. Our programs educate and
deliver solutions from pelvic tilt to rib flair and focus intently
on improving hip mobility. Our solutions have a foundation in
Postural Restoration focusing on biomechanics, injury prevention,
and movement optimization to help golfers and all customers alike,
unlock their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Movement
Assessments Conduct comprehensive, data-driven movement evaluations
to identify mobility limitations, stability imbalances, postural
patterns, and biomechanical inefficiencies. Utilize assessment
findings to connect movement quality to human performance, injury
prevention, and golf-specific power, speed, and consistency.
Individualized Performance Plans (1:1 Sessions) Design and
implement customized improvement roadmaps tailored to each
individual’s functional needs, goals, and performance timeline.
Establish a foundation of neutral, balanced posture and efficient
movement patterns, then progress intentionally into advanced
programming to build measurable gains in speed, strength, mobility,
and stability. Group Training Leadership Deliver high-energy,
expertly coached group training sessions that focus on
skill-specific movement development, including hip mobility, trunk
rotation control, core activation, sequencing, and total-body
functional strength. Provide scalable progressions to ensure
success across varying ability levels. Collaboration: Work closely
with PGA Professional to integrate movement strategies with
golf-specific mechanics goals. Education: Educate clients on injury
prevention, proper body mechanics, and strategies for improving
overall physical health. Technology Integration: Utilize advanced
tools and software to track client progress and provide data-driven
insights. Facility Growth: Assist in developing programs that
enhance the value of SSWING’s physical therapy offerings, such as
corporate wellness workshops or digital courses. Qualifications:
Licensure: Valid Physical Therapy license in New York State.
Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with emphasis in
Postural Movement Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in
physical therapy or postural movement, preferably with a focus on
sports performance or biomechanics. Experience working with golfers
or rotational athletes is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of
biomechanics, movement science, and evidence-based performance
training. Skills: Strong knowledge of biomechanics, movement
science, and evidence-based performance training. Excellent
interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills with the ability
to educate & motivate. Demonstrated ability to design, lead, and
progress dynamic group training sessions across varying skill and
fitness levels. Proficiency with technology used to assess,
measure, and track movement, progress, and performance outcomes. A
genuine interest in golf and enjoyment of the game — open to
learning, practicing, and embracing the SSWING philosophy from both
