Orthopedics department. This role is pivotal in providing exemplary
care and support for patients undergoing elective orthopedic

post-operative nursing care for elective orthopedic patients.
Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures,
post-surgery care and pain management strategies. Coordinate with
surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals
to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient recovery and
respond to any complications. Maintain accurate patient records and
adhere to all safety and health regulations. Strong clinical skills
in a surgical setting Excellent patient assessment capabilities
Ability to manage multiple patient care priorities Strong
communication and education skills Proficiency in using medical
software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in
the state of practice BLS/CPR certification Orthopedic Nurse
Certified (ONC) preferred
