Summary: As a Senior Project Manager – Molecular Biology, you’ll
lead customer-focused projects from strategy to delivery, ensuring
high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced biotech environment.
Leveraging your molecular biology expertise, you’ll oversee
cross-functional teams, manage key accounts, and drive platform
enhancements to maintain GenScript’s competitive edge.
Responsibilities: Assess project feasibility and craft tailored
proposals using molecular biology insights and client needs.
Coordinating Order Management, production, and commercial teams to
meet timelines. Act as the primary client liaison, delivering
updates, resolving challenges, and ensuring satisfaction for key
accounts. Mentor junior staff, optimize team processes, and present
project outcomes to internal stakeholders. Qualifications: MS or
PhD in molecular biology or related field with 4 years of project
management experience; Expertise in molecular biology techniques
(e.g., gene synthesis, PCR, sequencing) and hands-on lab
experience. Strong problem solving skills, result driven thinking
and able to pay attention to details. Strong leadership,
communication, and multitasking skills, with a track record of
managing complex projects under pressure. Ability to multi-task and
manage various project elements simultaneously. Proficiency in
project management tools or familiarity with LIMS or CRM systems a
