We are hiring a VP of Enterprise Sales to expand and accelerate
the growth of Smartly in North America. As the VP of Enterprise
Sales, you will represent Smartly to all large customers in North
America and you will maintain and develop our culture internally by
leading the development of our sales operations and methodology.
This is a new role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will
be responsible for driving and managing every aspect of development
in the North American markets, including growing existing markets
and launching new territories. As such, understanding how both
clients and the platforms work is a must. If you relish the

Continue to evolve the vision, strategy, and execution plan for
North America to drive growth, engagement Identifying and pursuing
new business opportunities within the region, such as expanding
into new markets or establishing partnerships Report to the
leadership team on progress, insights, and needs, leveraging
operational prowess with a data-driven test-and-learn mindset Hire,
inspire, develop, and retain top, diverse talent Drive market
growth and lead sales and strategic partnership efforts with full
accountability to deliver revenue Expand Smartly's footprint with
global and regional clients in North America Help in the continued
evolution of regional sales and operational processes to build
efficiency and manage costs Embody the Smartly values and play a
lead role to ensure the culture engages employees, resonates
locally, and is consistent globally Build and manage strategic
relationships with senior stakeholders at enterprise clients Build
Smartly’s presence and improve brand awareness in North America;
work closely with our marketing team to build thought leadership,
engage in community building and facilitate PR and media relations

a similar high-growth technology company at a larger scale Lead by

company Feel comfortable communicating with customers and partners,
particularly in the C-suite Possess an acute “own it” mindset,
equally obsessed with both product as well as optimizing scalable
growth tactics and processes You are able to explain complex
concepts in terms of value and successfully attract new business.

excited to help the team navigate all of the operational and
challenging aspects of developing a new territory, vertical, and
market Are highly analytical and inquisitive. If something seems

travel and collaborate with the global headquarters in Helsinki and

Pinterest, and more Have 10 years of experience in building and
managing an enterprise sales team, preferably with a Marketing,
Media, and/or AdTech background The position is based in New York

mentioned below per year, plus an annual performance bonus. We take
into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and
experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual
salary, Smartly’s total rewards provide employees with stock

benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days,

based on market location. Salary in USD : $250,000 - 325,000 About
