Bilingual Business Development Representative (Uzbek & English
speaking) to promote and develop our comprehensive range of global
logistics services to our potential customers in New York,
Pennsylvania, and New Jersey USA territories. As a Business
Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in
expanding our business presence and customer bases, fostering
strong business/partnership relationships, and contributing to the
overall growth and success of our organization. Key
Responsibilities: Identify leads, manage prospects, and pioneer new
partnerships acquisitions. Thrive on achieving and surpassing
established targets and goals for assigned territories
developements, and sales metrics. Train new partners to ensure
sucessful onboarding of our partners/agents. Consult, educate, and
simplify logistics practices, become a trusted advisor and a
liasion between external and internal stakeholders. Lead compelling
business presentations, and sales pitch with small-medium-sized
businesses and/or franchise owners. Partner seamlessly with
operations, marketing, and IT departments for exceptional customer
satisfaction. Take the lead in coordinating, developing, and
managing all aspects of account mangement, and nurturing existing
business relationships. Create, review, and analyze weekly,
monthly, and quarterly reports to support Company's strategic
decision-making. Develop robust business development plan to expand
our partnerships, fostering growth and collaboration.
Qualifications: Proven track record of successful business
development, account management, and sales experience within
logistics or supply chain industry. Strong networking and
negotiation skills with the ability close partnerships and
effectively communicate with both external and internal
stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to
exceed targets and drive revenue growth. Willingness to travel
