Every member of our team has the opportunity to make a positive impact with their exceptional customer service skills!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER AGENT As a Call Center Agent, you might work behind the scenes reserving conferences and gathering data directly from clients to build work orders for the client's teleconference. You might also handle both incoming and outgoing calls to support the event registration process of one of our largest accounts. Or, you could be on the front lines answering in-bound conference calls and assisting business leaders with the execution of their on-line meeting requirements. Whichever role you are in your interactions leave callers feeling as if they have just spoken with a good friend. As a team player with integrity, you handle confidential information with the utmost care. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CALL CENTER AGENT
