Essential Duties:

• 
  
• Monitor and report project progress and results to ensure that expectations and deadlines are met
  
• Lead projects and cross-functional teams, aim to motivate participants until project is completed on-time and within budget
  
• Take ownership of project cost budget, coordinating with management as needed
  
• Represent Production and global initiatives at the Americas level, working with international teams as needed
  
• Maintain and develop training, procedures, and manuals - execute training activities for all new initiatives within position responsibilities.

  What a Successful Candidate Looks Like:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in an industrial environment
    
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is a must
    
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems (ex. ISO) a plus
    
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
