seeking a talented Staff Electrical Analog Design Engineer looking
to grow with us to make our world a safer place.
- Base salary, (median) $140K and DOE
- Bonuses and outstanding relocation package.What You Will Be
DoingYou will work on state of the art Military and Space hardware
product lines involving analog, digital, and electro-optical
technologies used for laser warning devices, CCD & MEMS based
attitude sensors, and complex motion control & measurement
systems.In this key role, you will use your experience and
expertise in the following:
- Analog electrical design solutions and technical support to a
variety of novel and complex projects throughout life cycle
stages.
- Development of complex high reliability electrical designs in
support of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions
on a variety of platforms.Work with unique design challenges
operating over the harsh environments of space including extreme
EMI environments
- Analog design solutions and troubleshooting support for varied
high reliability space & military applications including:
- Electro-optical instrument design
- Motor drive applications
- Power supply design
- Focal plane technologies
- Analog design of deliverable ship set hardware and internal
Special Test Equipment
- Servo-system applications
- Low noise preamplifier design
- High bandwidth signal processing applications
- Position measurement
- Low jitter thermal control
- High accuracy temperature/telemetry measurement systemsWhat You
Need for this Position
- 10+ years experience of related experience and Bachelor's
Degree in EE or MS Degree with 7 years experience +
- Board design experience
- Extremely strong analog design skills
- Strong Lab debug experience, all for high reliability (space
grade) systems.
- Ability to perform detailed analyses such as EMI,
stress/derating, timing, etc.
- General familiarity with optical metrology technologies and
techniques as related to electrical design applications and applied
use of standard electrical engineering analysis and documentation
software (i.e. PSPICE, Hyperlynx, Matlab, Mathcad, Orcad, Allegro,
Visio and CreoView)You should demonstrate strong analog design
skills as related to both the support of legacy products and
