Job DescriptionWe are in search of Electronic Test Technician III for 2nd and 3rd shift. Our client have proven expertise in developing and fielding space-based optical system solutions for national security space programs that are vital to the safety of our world.Responsibities:

• Configuration of complex test setups requiring electrical and environmental testing with minimal supervision.
• Use a variety of test equipment for testing boards, subassemblies and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with multiple internal disciplines needed to support testing programs and being able to document results in detail as required by test specifications and lab operating procedures.
• Maintenance, calibration, and repair of the various pieces of equipment used within the lab
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays when required.Requirements:
  • Associate degree or Equivalent (Military training, Tech School) in an Electronic / Electro-Mechanical field.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience using a variety of test equipment for testing boards, subassemblies and troubleshooting, as you will be working on high value complex electro-optical systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of thermal and thermal vacuum testing of flight space hardware is also a plus.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.

    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
    • This is an active position requiring the candidate to be on their feet for long durations working in large chambers and test labs .
