This Field Technician will support the board room systems on
site from the client location in Danbury, CT. They will be expected
to provide 3rd level support of the new Microsoft Teams Rooms in
the Americas Cluster and support the migration from legacy Video
platform to Microsoft Teams Room. If you are a Microsoft Teams

experiences. Responsibilities: Understand the concepts around
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Conferencing Maintain
the systems based on global processes (fully enabled). Do regular
tests of the systems. Train and support business users. Provide
first level support based on global training and checklists.
Escalate to Corp Support if required (eg. vendor issues, backend
issues). Authorize / Onboard Meeting Rooms in Microsoft 365.
Initiate system updates on MTR systems (change process managed).
Addresses escalated technical issues from less experienced team
members. Leads the installation of multiple solutions.
Independently assesses and adjusts technical solutions based on the
specific client issue. Performs advanced trouble shooting
techniques to address complex technical issues. Independently
assesses and adjusts technical solutions based on the specific
client issue. Activities are diverse in nature and require
independent judgment in determining the most appropriate course.
Works autonomously in providing on-site technical support to
clients. Works autonomously in delivering installation services.
Prepares documentation to record and track project status.
Experience (3 Years) providing direct executive support for high
profile rooms and spaces. (3 Years) experience supporting both
traditional AV / VTCs and modern PC / Appliance based room
solutions (2 Years) experience with Microsoft Teams Microsoft Teams
Room experience preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or
equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong
verbal and written communication skills. Manages escalated client
situations with a focus on building positive client relationships.
Excellent understanding of internal service processes and able to
articulate these to clients. Strong technical and product
knowledge. Ability to physically perform general office
requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities
