Job Description:

Solution Performance Monitor performance of the data warehouse front-end solution(s), including scheduled repots, extracts, and third-party data loads. Report the data load delays, outages, and other data issues to the service bureau; communicate the status to the stakeholders in the Bank and monitor the accidents to assure prompt resolution. Monitor the status of the third-party data loads, extracts and file transmission between the organization and third-party vendors and applications. Perform trouble shooting, as applicable. Reporting Models Understand data and its flow within the organization. Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts and the key stakeholders to perform operational analysis of the reporting and analytical needs; analyze the data requirements and translate them into report specifications. Able to anticipate the needs/requirements and offer alternative solutions. Write reports and extracts for a wide variety of business intelligence and operational data warehouse projects; align the data with the operational needs to prompt actionable decisions. Improve efficiency by creating data extracts/files and reports to automated customer outreach, letter production, account and customer monitoring, and supporting functional gaps and operational workflows. Perform report maintenance, revisions and scheduling. Develop and deliver the data extracts from other sources of information, such as COLD reports, data archives, and third-party data loads to aide in the research and data mining projects. Provide assistance to other users of the front-end reporting solution; act as a resource. Vendor Data Extracts Set up and deliver the data extracts for the data feeds to the applications and vendors; support user acceptance testing. Able to create the extract files to meet the vendor specifications. Provide technical support to the vendors with the data extracts, exchanges, testing and customization. Support BSA department with monitoring timely delivery and completeness of the data loads; troubleshoot the exceptions.
