implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a
diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the
organization.--Responsible for all facets of the recruiting life
cycle for high volume requisitions. Provides regular, proactive
updates and effective communication to all stakeholders, while
delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the
process.Duties and Responsibilities--Collaborates with department
managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job
descriptions and hiring criteriaWorks with hiring managers to
understand specific recruiting needs and creates internal and
external job postingsIdentifies and implements efficient and
effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available
role, industry standards, and the needs of the
organizationSearches, identifies and selects job candidates using
multiple sourcing tools such as job boards, direct search, and
social mediaCoordinates and follows recruitment and hiring process
in expeditious mannerSchedules and conducts phone interviews and in
person interviews --Communicates effectively with managers and
candidates at all stages of the process, inclusive of facilitating
employment offersCollaborates with the hiring manager and/or other
human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and
recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other
pertinent detailsWorks with the HR team and hiring manager to
ensure smooth onboardingEnsures compliance with federal, state, and
local employment laws and regulations, and company
policies*Performs other duties as assigned.--Qualifications--At
least 2 years of high volume, sourcing and recruiting experience in
fast paced environmentProactive recruiting experience using new
tools and technologyStrong initiative and the ability to work
independentlyExcellent communication and collaboration
skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesSolution-oriented;
brings new ideas to the team to attract top talentTech savvy
