Job Information:
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Hours: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM - Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hr. depending on experience
Contract-to-permanent opportunity!

Job Overview:
We are hiring a hands-on General Laborer to support the movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout our facility. You'll assist in production operations by operating tools and machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth workflow between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Move materials between work centers and prepare finished goods for shipment.


Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery for secondary operations (drilling, grinding, cutting, etc.).


Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools.


Maintain clean, accurate production records and ensure a safe work environment.


Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs and issues.



What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
Basic mechanical skills and math abilities.
Reliable transportation
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
