Description

Ace Endico is looking for a Bid Associate to work in our Purchasing Department. The ideal candidate should have experience within the food service distribution industry.

• Excellent Customer service
• Monitor centralized email and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Communication to customers regarding product availability and alternatives
• Set up new customers on online order platform
• Order entry
• Support various responsibilities and duties as needed per the Bid Director
  Required Skills:
  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional and polite demeanor
  • Maintain effective communication with internal team and buyers.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in high stress situations.
  • Efficient typing and ability to use multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong time management skills.
    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8am - 5pm
