Essential Functions:

• 
  
• Assist in evaluating resident's recreational needs and developing activity programs upon resident initial admission relating to past and current interests.
  
• Promotes a physically and sensory stimulating environment to increase the functioning levels of residents.
  
• Leads, prepares and participates in individual and group activities as scheduled daily.
  
• Assist with decorating the facility and preparing for special events and seasonal parties.
  
• Participates in recreational programs for residents confined to their rooms and participation records for 1:1 visits are mandatory.
  
• Maintains records of activities and attendance including timely completion of resident's daily participation in programs, MDS's, Care Plans & Progress Notes.
  
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
  
  Requirements/Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • High School diploma or equivalent
    
  • BS in Recreation preferred.
    
    Salary: -Based on experience
