Location: 1561 Ulster Ave., Lake Katrine, NY 12449

Work Hours: Sunday: 9:00 am -1:00 pm, Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (20 hours a week)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcomes patients and visitors with a smile and friendly tone
• Checks patients in and out of the clinic
• Verifies patient identity and insurance
• Takes copayments in accordance with patients' insurance plans
• Schedules patient appointments and maintains the schedule as adjustments are required
• Displays complete understanding of patient check-in forms and clearly describes information to patients and visitors as needed

  Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.     • 1+ years of medical office experience

      New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $16.00 to $27.31 .
