Hudson Wide Healthcare - Hudson Wide Health Care has an exciting
opportunity for an experienced Adminissions Screener.

The Admissions Screener manages the review of potential admissions
from referrals obtained from local hospitals, assisted living
facilities, and from community settings. - The Admissions Screener
collaborates with the Admissions Directors in completing insurance
verification and obtaning authorization for skilled nursing
services. - The Admissions Screener is based out of our Hyde Par
skilled nursing facilities, with presence in the hospitals and at
community marketing events.
The position is based in Dutchess County with occasional travel to
Columbia County. - -
