Other Locations Available (Middletown/Brewster)
Some travel required.
Pay Rate: $19.82/hr

Job Descrption:
In this role you will:
-Supervise a team of individuals with disabilities as they perform cleaning tasks at various locations
-Must have 1+ years supervisory and janitorial experience
-Supervise workers assigned to contract while at site performing janitorial duties -Manage contract direct labor hours and disabled worker ratio per contract -Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
-Manage on-site training, time sheets, and progressive discipline
-Limited interaction with contract Point of Contact
-Must assist with transportation needs of contract workers
-Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:
-A clean NY State driver's license
-Supervisory experience
-A strong janitorial background
-Experience with disabled population is a plus
-Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is a plus
