Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?ROLE SUMMARY:The Plant Engineer will be an expert in process and mechanical engineering technologies and will need to be a hard worker who isn't afraid of a challenge. They will have full ownership over the success and continuous improvement initiatives of equipment, including new installations, repairs, overhauls, modifications and upgrades. We are looking for a candidate who can succeed in a fast paced, always evolving, and world class work environment.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead a team of five leadership employees and twenty team members managing all engineering/mechanical systems including new installations, repairs, overhauls, modifications and upgrades of all production and support equipmentManage maintenance and capital programs (e.g., planning, budget)Accountable for Capital Expenditure (CapEX) plan development, capital cash flow management, and contractor managementResponsible for execution and administration of multiple large to extremely complex projects to support business needs of the companyUtilize Lean Management methodology to achieve targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, Gap Analysis, MCRS meeting schedules and action logs, 5 - Why's, PDCA and SDCA cycles, etc.)Provide mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutionsJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field required. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering strongly preferredMinimum 5 years' experience; Experience in both Engineering and Operational environment preferred3+ years leadership experience strongly preferredExpert in process and mechanical engineering technologiesStrong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical, analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent project planning, organization, and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of budgeting and cost controlKnowledge of industrial equipment, controls, and preventative maintenance programsAbility to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systemsDemonstrated leadership and change management skillsWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
