Our Associates are encouraged to reach their fullest potential by delivering a differentiated experience to our guests and an exceptional bottom-line.Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor Status: Non-EXEMPTReports to: Assistant General ManagerPosition Summary:It is the primary responsibility of the Front DeskSupervisor to oversee all aspects of the Front Office and staff, to ensurequality guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. He or she must ensuresmooth operation of the Front Desk and all its operations. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible forstaying within budgetary guidelines, following guidelines as specified in thecompany's policies & procedures, in addition to training and coachingemployees within those guidelines.Experience & Education:1 to 2 years of experience in a hotel or a related fieldpreferredHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredCollege course work in related field helpfulPrevious customer service experience strongly preferred.Ability to work with various types of equipment such ascomputer, Credit Card Authorization app, projector, copier, scanner, otheroffice equipment, telephone, two-way radio.Ability to work with Microsoft Office products and variousother software programs.Valid driver's license required.Requirements:Work Environment - Ability to work:Weekends are required Under variable temperature conditionsUnder variable noise levelsIndoorsLong hours sometimes required.Physical Requirements:Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally,and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push,pull, or otherwise move objectsAbility to work under variable temperatures and noise levelsNear Vision - The ability to see details at close rangeAbility to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body andarmsMust be able to stand and/or walk for lengthy periods oftimeMental Requirements: Oral and Written Comprehension and Expression - Must be ableto convey & understand information and ideas in EnglishMust be able to evaluate and select among alternativecourses of action quickly and accuratelyMust be effective in handling problems in the workplace,including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems asnecessaryMust have the ability to assimilate complex information,data, etc. from multiple sources and consider, adjust, or modify to meet theconstraints of the particular needMust be effective at listening to, understanding, andclarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guestsMathematical Reasoning - Must be able to work with andunderstand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functionsMulti-Lingual skills helpfulThe difference between being a good business and an amazing business can be found in the company's footprints made by giving back and serving others.
