Front Desk Supervisor Status: Non-EXEMPTReports to: Assistant
General ManagerPosition Summary:It is the primary responsibility of
the Front DeskSupervisor to oversee all aspects of the Front Office
and staff, to ensurequality guest satisfaction and operational
efficiency. He or she must ensuresmooth operation of the Front Desk
and all its operations. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible
forstaying within budgetary guidelines, following guidelines as
specified in thecompany's policies & procedures, in addition to
training and coachingemployees within those guidelines.Experience &
Education:1 to 2 years of experience in a hotel or a related
fieldpreferredHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredCollege
course work in related field helpfulPrevious customer service
experience strongly preferred.Ability to work with various types of
equipment such ascomputer, Credit Card Authorization app,
projector, copier, scanner, otheroffice equipment, telephone,
two-way radio.Ability to work with Microsoft Office products and
variousother software programs.Valid driver's license
required.Requirements:Work Environment - Ability to work:Weekends
are required Under variable temperature conditionsUnder variable
noise levelsIndoorsLong hours sometimes required.Physical
Requirements:Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force
occasionally,and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or
