Job DescriptionCall Center Representatives-Remote Business is
strong at Audi/VW Danbury Service and we are seeking qualified and
enthusiastic individuals to join our award winning dealership team.
If you are looking for an eventually remote work opportunity we'd
love to meet you! College students welcome for Part time hours.
Automotive knowledge or experience is not required...we will train
the right candidates. We have full time/part time opportunities
available to support our service team handling phone calls during
normal business hours 7am to 7 pm ( 4-8 hour long shifts). Training
will be in our Danbury location for a minimum of 6 months.
(Local/CT/NY candidates preferred). What We Offer:

- Using excellent phone etiquette to handle phone calls, emails,
schedule service appointments
- Computer knowledge of MS office and Outlook (training provided
for other systems such as CDK)
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail
- Reliability and team player mindset
- Ability to multi-task and provide support to the service
