Job Summary:The Credit Team Lead will contribute to overseeing
and analyzing department policies and procedures within the areas
of Billing, Accounts Receivables, Collections and Credit.Essential
Functions: 1. Develop familiarization of Credit Department
processes and best practices2. Provide effective leadership to
Credit Team 3. Identify and prioritize workflow procedures 4.
Collaborate with cross-functional dept. to develop familiarity with
areas of Billing, Accounts Receivables, Collections and Credit5.
Part of Finance team to conduct due diligence and integration when
acquisitions occur6. Develop tools and best practices for enabling
Credit & Collection Specialists toward sound, efficient monitoring
of the company Accounts Receivable including close collaboration
with field personnel 7. Represent Credit Team as Functional End
User during ERP testing and upgrades 8. Proactively develop
relationships with Sales & Operations in effort toward meeting
Credit Team KPIs9. Competent planning and organizing skills 10.
Ability to demonstrate sound decision making 11. Maintain good
working relationships with stakeholders12. Comfortable in leading
teams and managing projectsRequirements, Education and
Experience:1. Bachelor's degree2. Experience within construction
industry and/or building materials3. 5 years of work experience
with 1-2 years in Accounting or Finance4. Proficient in Microsoft
Office products and experienced in ERP tools, preferably Vista or
similar5. Proficient written and verbal English communication
