JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involvement in the daily management of plant operations
• Achieve significant process improvements by guiding teams and individuals in the application and use of analytical methods
• Solve plant problems through the development of creative and innovative solutions
• Lead the implementation of plant quality systems
• Deliver quality-related training, develop and provide guidance on quality standards
• Present results and issues to senior executives as a member of the plant management team
• Ensure quality systems and procedures are in place
• Develop relationships and provide service to customers to ensure satisfaction with our products
• Lead and facilitate VPO management in the plant

• Bachelor's degree (Statistics, Math or Engineering preferred)
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with 3-5 years’ experience in the application of statistical methods in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated success in facilitating cross-functional teams
• Change agent with the ability to influence at all levels
• Willingness to relocate
