AS a part of the Dodge department, Dodge Associates are required
to work under direction of foreman or any intermediary the foreman
Dodge Associates will operate up to:
Three multi-spindle screw machines or
All cleaning equipment and/or packaging and sorting
Keep individual lots completely free from mixing, damage, or any
form of contamination.
Maintain setups by replacing tooling without assistance.
Sort parts as required. Inspect own work to prescribed quality
standards, meet production standards and observe all safety and
Report immediately all problems and difficulties.
Execute accurately all necessary records including counting and
Stock in proper quantities such cleaning media and associated
items as might be required in performing any of the above duties.
Keep area clean and dry.
Purge and clean all receptacles, particularly when change in
part size occurs.
Set up and operate mechanical devices for printing, counting and
packaging to meet packaging and assembly requirements. Pack,
assemble and wrap all products preparatory to shipment.
Promptly alert the supervisor or other intermediary to problems
or factors which exert disruptive or
delaying influence on the operation.
High school or equivalent. Be able to communicate effectively
and able to read blueprints.
Ability to use a manual micrometer is required.

This is a 2nd shift position, core hours are 3:30pm - 11:30pm
with half hour PAID lunch, on 9 hours 3:30pm to 12:30am and on 10
hours 4:30pm to 2:30am
