the U.S. Navy and navies around the world. Job Summary The
Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for performing
electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly and rework. Job
Responsibilities \n Interpret and work from wiring/assembly
drawings, operation sheets, specifications, sketches, and work
instructions. \n Build, repair, and modify electromechanical
assemblies using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, crimpers,
torque wrenches, fixtures, etc.). \n Perform testing, rework, and
troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical assemblies. \n Operate
machine shop equipment (lathes, mills, grinders, drill press, band
saw, etc.). \n Ensure product quality, compliance with
safety/regulatory requirements, and meet production deadlines. \n
Monitor raw material levels and support efficient workflow across
departments. Manage multiple tasks, adjust priorities as needed,
and support organizational mission and values. \n Flexible to work
overtime and weekends. \n \n Qualifications \n Strong
decision-making skills with good hand-eye coordination. \n
Experienced in safe chemical handling; prepare/apply RTV, potting,
paints, and cements. \n Proficient with computer applications; MRP
experience a plus. \n Soldering, winding machine, brazing, and spot
welding experience preferred. \n Physical requirements: ability to
lift up to 50 lbs., perform manufacturing tasks (walking, sitting,
standing, kneeling) \n High School Diploma and 1 year of applicable
experience \n \n U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires
an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such
clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of
