Sovereign Litigation Paralegal Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 remote) Salary: Mid-six figures, commensurate with experience SourcePro Search is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join the Sovereign Litigation practice of a leading global law firm. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-stakes international litigation and arbitration matters alongside some of the most respected litigators in the field. What You’ll Do: Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, exhibits, evidence binders, briefs, and appendices for hearings and filings Organize and maintain documents in electronic and paper filing systems to ensure quick access and regulatory compliance Manage case logistics , including court deadlines, hearing schedules, and trial calendars Maintain pleading and discovery indexes and assist with internal case databases Assist attorneys in court filings, both federal and state, and handle submissions via e-filing platforms Support trial and arbitration proceedings , acting as a liaison between internal teams, outside counsel, and vendors Travel as needed for trial/arbitration support , and provide administrative assistance before, during, and after proceedings What You’ll Bring: 3–6 years of litigation paralegal experience , with at least 1 year at a BigLaw firm Bachelor’s degree required Availability for overtime and intermittent travel , especially for trial/arbitration support Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel; iManage or other legal document systems a plus Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving Ability to work independently and proactively , while also collaborating seamlessly with attorneys and support staff Spanish or Arabic language skills are a strong plus This is a high-impact, mid-six figure opportunity for a talented litigation paralegal ready to step into a global, high-profile practice.
