Key Responsibilities: Assist with offering documents, indentures, and other corporate and capital markets-related tasks Collaborate with the Structured Credit Team on a range of complex transactions Utilize strong word processing and Microsoft Word skills to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables Key Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in Corporate and Capital Markets, particularly with offering documents and indentures Admission to practice law and good standing in New York Proficiency with Microsoft Word and exceptional attention to detail Compensation: The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $142,500 annually, with actual pay determined based on experience and other relevant factors.
