Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: We're a leading full-service law firm based in Long Island, seeking experienced Trusts & Estates attorneys for the firm’s nationally recognized Trusts, Estates and Fiduciary Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of Litigation experience, including experience in Surrogate's Court, Trust & Estate experience. Why join us? Qualifications: Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar. Minimum of 5 years of Trusts & Estates planning, administration, and/or litigation experience Bonus experience: Commercial Litigation - handling corporate and business disputes in state and federal courts.
