Job: Trusts, Estates & Fiduciary Litigation Associate Attorney
(Long Island) Location: Long Island, NY (In-office M–F, with
potential to WFH 1 day/week) Experience: 3–5 years litigation
Salary: $140,000–$180,000 performance-based bonus Join one of Long

leaders in a nationally recognized Trusts, Estates, and Fiduciary
Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on
complex, high-stakes matters involving high-net-worth clients — all
while receiving strong mentorship and real courtroom exposure. What
You’ll Do: Engage in full-cycle litigation including motion
practice, depositions, court appearances, and discovery Work
directly with partners and clients on sophisticated estate and
trust disputes Become a go-to advisor in Surrogate’s Court
litigation and fiduciary controversies What You Bring: 3–5 years of
litigation experience NY Bar admission required Prior experience
with contested trusts, estates, guardianships, or Surrogate’s Court
matters strongly preferred Excellent research, writing, and
communication skills Estate planning/administration experience is a
