Cloud? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a networking solutions
architect to work with some of our largest Strategic customers. At
AWS, customer obsession is in our DNA. The successful candidate
will become a trusted advisor to our customers and will work with
AWS sales, business development, solutions architecture and product
teams to develop the networking expertise needed to deliver
results. In this vital role, you will help customers achieve their
business goals on AWS by identifying and tackling major networking,
performance, and resilience questions from stakeholders in areas
such as network virtualization, software-defined networking, hybrid
connectivity, and distributed application architecture. You will
work directly with customer network engineering, infrastructure,
and architecture teams to help them understand how to confidently
use AWS at scale. Key job responsibilities - Work with AWS
Strategic customers to convey cloud networking best practices,
including hybrid connectivity, network virtualization,
software-defined networking, and networking for hyperscale AI
workloads - Provide subject matter expertise on networking topics
including IPv4/IPv6 protocols, layer 2 technologies, MPLS,
Ethernet, and distributed application architectures - Design and
build working proof-of-concept architectures to tackle emerging
networking challenges at enterprise scale - Develop technical
content, such as white papers and reference architectures, that can
be used by our customers to assist them in deploying performant and
resilient cloud-based network solutions - Provide mentorship across
AWS sales and solutions architecture teams regarding networking and
connectivity to build skills in the field - Work with customers to
better understand network integration models in the cloud,
including multi-cloud and hybrid environments - Represent AWS at
trade events by delivering presentations and workshops About the

technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud
computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security,
networking, data & analytics) experience - 3 years of design,
implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
experience - 10 years of IT development or
implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries
experience - Knowledge of cloud architecture - 2 years of working
with or evaluating AI systems experience - Experience with AWS,
networks and operating systems - Experience with large-scale,
distributed applications - Experience in a customer-facing,
sales-aligned role such as consultant, solutions engineer or
solutions architect - AWS Certification, eg. AWS Solutions
Architect Associate - Understanding of application, server, and
network security is highly desired. - Previous experience in
hands-on operational or engineering role - Strong verbal and
written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to
work effectively across internal and external organizations and

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
