Responsibilities Support the Head of HR Ops and Director of HRIS in
day-to-day maintenance and optimization of Workday Maintain,
revise, and create system configuration for improvements to current
functionality and enhancements Identify opportunities for process
improvements and automation Troubleshoot and resolution of system
issues Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting Workday
integrations Document guidelines and processes; develop training
materials and communication plans for new and existing features and
processes Provide support for global employee data management,
reporting and record-keeping Help with reporting requests (creating
new reports, modifying existing reports, and managing the executive
management dashboard) Conduct periodic data audits to ensure
accuracy and consistency among systems Participate in each Workday
release Miscellaneous projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree required 2- 4 years in HR operations, and with HR
information systems and reporting Minimum of 2 years of Workday
experience Strong organizational, analytical, communication and
interpersonal skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (comfort
with Vlookups and pivot tables; macros a plus) Able to pull
together HR datasets and analytics, and build meaningful
tables/analyses to drive better business decisions High attention
to detail; strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees,
colleagues and vendors Ensures discretion amid highly confidential
information Embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced, changing
environment; flexible Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle
various goals/projects simultaneously Anticipated annual base
salary range $75,000 - $100,000, plus eligible for discretionary
