involves: This role leads a facilities management team in
delivering exceptional service to key clients through strategic
thinking, strong leadership, and customer-centric approaches. The
position requires managing client relationships at all levels,
overseeing multiple diverse facilities, leading project delivery,
and driving financial performance while fostering team development.
This full-time, on-site role focuses on transitioning from tactical
delivery to strategic client support while maintaining operational
excellence and identifying growth opportunities. Your day-to-day
tasks will include: • Foster and grow client relationships through
effective service delivery while identifying new opportunities to
expand service offerings • Ensure adherence to project timelines
and commitments, delivering projects on time and on budget while
achieving contracted KPIs and SLAs • Oversee multiple facilities
with diverse functions and supervise vendor performance during
normal and off-hours, including weekends • Provide leadership for
client initiatives while monitoring team workload and delivering
real-time constructive feedback to maximize performance • Conduct
financial analysis including monthly variance reports, create and
manage operational and annual capital budgets • Oversee all phases
of facility relocations from initial feasibility studies to
post-move evaluations, minimizing employee downtime • Maintain
strong relationships with landlords and ensure all client
communications are thorough and complete • Provide innovative
recommendations to clients leveraging JLL resources while
continuously seeking ways to improve service delivery • Foster a
culture of ownership and accountability within the team while
improving overall effectiveness and communications Desired
experience and technical skills: Requirements: • Bachelor's degree
in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management,
with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Strong financial
acumen and experience in budget management • Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills with proven client
relationship management track record • Experience with facilities
management software and proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to
lead and motivate teams in fast-paced environments Preferred: •
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in
facilities management • Experience with JLL work order systems and
platform resources • Background in office relocations and space
planning • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and
advanced data analytics • Experience working with National OS, NRE,
OSMs, and MOLs in corporate environments This position does not
provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in
the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for
this position: 100,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD per year This range is
an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation
packages are determined by various considerations including but not
limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions,
