Job Title: Senior Manager, Contract Lifecycle, Market Access

are seeking an experienced and adaptable individual to lead
operational functions of various contracting strategies as Senior
Manager, Contract Lifecycle, Market Access. A key partner to
leadership, sales, legal and Market Access teams to drive outcomes
in a complex and rapidly evolving environment. This person will
manage Mainline and Beyfortus contract execution for Group
Purchasing Organizations, Physician Buying Groups and Health
Systems. Main Responsibilities: - Lead Contract Implementation:
Oversee contract negotiations, redlines, countersignature and
operational setup of various contracting offers. - Dedicated
Specialist: Function as Subject Matter Expert for contract
strategies, contract systems, and other related projects. Managing
complex contract structures. - Project Management: Manage/lead
project components related new product launches, new contract
strategies, new digital capabilities. - Operational Leadership: An
active participant in Pricing Contracting Task Force (PCTF)
meetings that require deep contract strategy understanding and
ability to lead implementation based on decisions. This is a
Pricing/Contracting decision-making committee. This role will lead
the team in managing timelines, communications and operationalizing
approved contract structures. - Innovation & Adaptability: Drive
change management by exploring new tools to keep pace with market
shifts and business needs. More automation and streamlining. -
Trainer: Support and mentor team members through onboarding,
development of Standard Operating Procedures and operationalizing
contract offers. - Compliance: Lead for defined products and
polices related to scope of job responsibilities. Accountable for
compliance of contract and pricing operational functions. About You
Qualifications & Experience: - 5 years in a contracting role within
Market Access or Pricing—preferably within the pharmaceutical,
healthcare, or vaccine industries. - Experience with contract
systems such as ModelN and SAP is strongly preferred. - Advanced in
Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel. - Demonstrated
success in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder
management. - Experience leading digital projects and implementing
new systems/applications. - Strong background in operational
efficiency and automation. - Ability to lead and make decisions in
high-pressure environments with limited information. - Skilled
communicator, problem solver, analytical, and detail oriented. -
Have excellent prioritization and time management skills -
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Marketing or Business
Administration/Management is required. Master’s degree preferred
(Business or related field). You are a leader of contract
implementation and have oversight of contract strategies while
maintaining compliance. An active participant in pricing committee
meetings. You are responsible for ensuring pricing is
operationalized and communicated accurately. This position will
provide constant leadership on Mainline and Beyfortus contract
strategy to the Account Management Team, Finance, Pricing,
Marketing, VaxServe and GenMed, as appropriate. You thrive in
high-volume and constant changing environment. You have strong
analytical skills and extremely thorough. You possess: - Contract
Leadership: Proven ability as subject matter expert. Key
contributor in strategic conversations for successful
implementation of approved contract strategies. - Business
Collaboration: Expertise in networking with various areas finance,
market access, legal, sales to deliver business strategies and
assist with decision-making. - Data Analytics: Strong skills in
interpreting data and understanding systems to resolve contract
problems and customer inquiries. This is done through analysis and
review of information versus contractual language, terms and
conditions. - Operational & Process Optimization: A track record of
improving operational processes and enhancing efficiencies through
automation and system optimization. - Prioritization: Ability to
manage multiple priorities and execute contract deliverables under
pressure, ensuring timely delivery. - Cross-Functional
Communication: Skilled in bridging the gap between account
management and market access teams, proactive and clear, actionable
information. - Digital Systems Implementation: Experience in
implementing new systems or applications to meet business needs.
