Responsible for implementing activities of technology projects
relating to IT hardware and software resources and support ensuring
goals are accomplished for Jackson Hospital and Clinic. May be
assigned trainer role within the scope of authority. Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in an associated
Information Technology discipline preferred. Valid State driver's
license is required. IT Certifications (e.g. COMPTIA A+, Network+
or Security+) desired. Seven (7) years' experience with Information
Technology solutions. Two (2) years of experience in related field
may be substituted for each year of college. Proficient knowledge
of desktop/laptop administration, maintenance and security issues.
Proficient knowledge of Active Directory and user administration.
Proficient knowledge of printer administration, maintenance and
security issues. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Operating Systems and Office applications. Proficient knowledge of
networking concepts (i.e. DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP). Proficient in
trouble ticket tracking systems (i.e. Desktop Central/Service
Desk). Proficient in imaging PCs (i.e. Desktop Central/Imaging).
Experience in an IT Helpdesk Center. 9. Experience working in a
team-oriented and vendor environment. Experience in Healthcare
environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Ability to
handle and safeguard sensitive/confidential information. Excellent
data, oral and written communication and people skills. Current on
the latest technological advances within the IT industry.
