Job Description:
Regeneron has grown very rapidly, and we now have over 15,000
employees and have brought multiple new therapies to patients all
over the world. Research and Pre-Clinical Development (R&pD) is
the innovation engine that sets the direction for Regenerons
future. The R&pD team has created a deep target and clinical
pipeline, spanning many therapeutic areas and across multiple
platforms. We have over 35 products in clinical development and
hundreds of targets under development. This HR Business Partner
supports 2000 scientific employees and works collaboratively with
the HR Centers of Excellence to understand the strengths and the
gaps across the R&pD related functions and ensure HR can create
programs and solutions that meet their business needs. HRBPs
develop solutions to solve business challenges in order to increase
their ability to deliver on their everyday goalutilizing science to
bring new medicines to patients. The role is a minimum of 4 days
onsite, based at our HQ campus in Tarrytown, NY. This role is not
open to fully remote-based work arrangements. In this role, a
typical day might include the following: Advising leaders, managers
and employees on organizational and people related issues Promoting
and maintaining REGNs high-performance culture, the Regeneron Way
Solving people related issues Partnering with internal HR experts

negotiating with and influencing others You like to use data to
deliver solutions To be considered for this opportunity you must
have a bachelors degree in a scientific or HR related field and at
least 10 years experience in pharma/biopharma/biotech in an HR or
management role. Advanced degree such as MBA, or Masters in
Organization Development or Human Resources is preferred.
Experience supporting or working directly in an R&D
