JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Retail Associate is responsible for the day-to-day floor operations of the Cider House retail shop. They are responsible for ensuring sound retail operations at the Cider House and maintaining the highest-level retail experience to all Cider House guests. This person is expected to help drive and grow retail sales by helping create an exemplary retail experience.What You'll Brew:Actively engages Cider House guests, answers their questions, and assists them in their shopping and general Cider House needsActs as an Angry Orchard brand ambassador to all guests, relaying important information related to the Cider House, our ciders, and Angry Orchard as a wholeDelivers an unmatched Cider House retail experience by maintaining the highest level of customer service at all timesResponsible for day-to-day general operations of the Shop at the Angry Orchard Cider House, including operating POS machines, stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual merchandising standardsCollaborates with Taproom Coordinator & Taproom Assistant Manager to create engaging and effective merchandise displays that drive sales and brand awarenessProcesses merchandise shipments, including counting, folding, barcode stickering, size stickering and proper storage of all retail units, while communicating all units received to the Taproom CoordinatorParticipates in all physical inventory counts, including monthly cycle counts and quarterly full inventory countsPartners with the Taproom Coordinator and Marketing Lead to create effective Shop promotions during peak seasonWhat Ingredients You'll Bring:Minimum Qualifications:2+ years in a fast-paced retail environmentRetail operations and/or visual merchandising experience Some Perks:Our people are our most important "ingredient."
