Hospital-employed Adult Psychiatry position within a respected 192-bed healthcare system. Base salary ranging from $265,000-$350,000 based on experience. Additional productivity-based incentive compensation. Relocation assistance available. Education loan repayment assistance negotiable. Flexible practice structure with the ability to customize your clinical mix based on interests. Opportunities available across outpatient psychiatry, inpatient psychiatry, med-floor consults, emergency department coverage, and collaborative care programs. Adult inpatient unit includes 22 beds divided across three clinical treatment teams. Average inpatient census of approximately 7-8 patients per provider. Dedicated 12-bed geriatric psychiatry unit with APP support anticipated. Psychiatry service averages only 2-3 admissions/discharges daily across the service line. No rigid admission or discharge quotas; patient responsibilities determined by clinical need. Weeknight call only one night per week from 5 PM-8 AM. Weekend call only one weekend per month with strong hospitalist support. Most call responsibilities handled remotely by phone with infrequent onsite needs. Large established referral base through an extensive primary care and specialty network. Access to comprehensive ancillary services and multidisciplinary support.
