Job Description:

Description Provides essential support to medical imaging technologists and office staff to ensure smooth patient flow within the imaging department. This role focuses on patient care, room readiness, and operational support to maintain a safe, efficient and welcoming environment. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Assist technologists by escorting patients in and out of exam rooms. 2. Safely transfer patients on and off exam tables. 3. Maneuver wheelchairs to transport patients. 4. Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels in exam rooms. 5. Keep exam rooms, waiting areas and patient seating areas organized 6. Answer phones and provide courteous communication with patients and team members. 7. Schedule patient exams as needed. 8. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit. Qualifications Required: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Experience in healthcare or medical imaging setting 3. Experience and familiarity with radiology and medical terminology and basic computer skills. Preferred: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Must be able to work in a high-volume team environment. 3. Ability to learn new tasks quickly and have problem solving skills while meeting daily productivity targets
