Description Atlantic Health is currently seeking a full-time Chaplain Resident for the Spiritual Care Department at Morristown Medical Center. (For 2026-2027 Chaplain Resident Program starting August 2026 to September 2027) - 5 Total Positions Open Essential Functions/Responsibilities of Position Responsible for 24/7 spiritual care department’s onsite on-call, chaplain coverage for patients, family and staff at MMC Serve as dedicated chaplain on assigned nursing unit(s) including attending morning rounds Participate in daily activities and tasks of the spiritual care department such as departmental meetings, interfaith prayer services, and hospital wide initiatives Assist ACPE Certified Educator with orientation of chaplain interns Participate and complete requirements for 3 units of ACPE CPE, including all educational seminars. Qualifications Minimum Education Required: MDiv or equivalent preferred. Consideration given to students enrolled in graduate level or equivalent program. Minimum Experience Required: Successful completion of one unit of ACPE CPE; eligible for faith group endorsement
