Job Description Join a collaborative, physician-led hospitalist group in Troy, New York, as a full-time Nocturnist and experience a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive clinical environment—just minutes from Albany and the scenic Hudson River Valley. Position Highlights: - Schedule: 7-on / 7-off, 12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM) - Compensation: $332,800 base salary - Starting Bonus: Up to $40,000 (discussed during interview) - Patient Load: Avg. 15–18 patients per physician - Team Support: APPs on staff; strong peer collaboration - ICU: Closed – no procedures or ICU management required - Duties: Respond to rapids and codes; no admissions to ICU - Environment: Directly employed, hospitalist-led model in a physician-friendly system ?
