travel nursing contract - Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour day
shifts) - Hours per Week: 36 - Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs

Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in New York State or willingness to obtain (New York
nursing jobs) - Minimum 1 year of recent PCU or ICU nursing
experience with adult patients - Current ACLS certification
(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Proficiency in advanced
hemodynamics, pressor titration, and respiratory support (HFNC,
BiPap/CPAP) - Ability to pass a clinical competency test within 24
hours of submission - Experience with Epic electronic medical
records (EMR) - Strong knowledge of infection prevention protocols
PCU RN Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality nursing care to
patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, head injuries,
multi-system organ dysfunction, endocrine disorders, complex
trauma, and surgical complications - Manage advanced therapies
including antihypertensive drips, sedative and narcan drips,
thrombo-embolytics, arterial lines, CVP, EVD, and orthopedic
traction - Monitor and titrate medications according to clinical
protocols - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to
optimize patient outcomes - Maintain accurate and timely
documentation using Epic EMR - Adhere to infection prevention
standards and hospital policies - Care for an average caseload of 3
