Job Description ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Troy, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery/n/n Location/n Burdett Birth Center, New York /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Every other weekend and holidays will be discussed upon hire, pending the time of year. /n/nJob Description/n The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the entire childbirth process, including labor, delivery, immediate recovery, and postpartum care. Key responsibilities include: /n /n - Monitoring maternal and fetal well-being /n - Administering medications /n - Coaching patients through labor /n - Assisting during delivery /n - Educating families on infant care /n /n The RN should be comfortable in the operating room setting and act as the baby RN.
