Job Description:
At Paramount Rehabilitation Centers, we are committed to
providing exceptional outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with a
specialization in sports medicine, pre/post surgical rehab, and
aquatic therapy. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare
team. In this role, the LPN will work directly with patients and a
multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support
rehabilitation goals. The successful candidate will assist in
clinical duties under the supervision of registered nurses and
doctors, making accurate observations in regard to patient
treatment responses and outcomes. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients
for reactions and side effects. Record patients’ medical histories
and monitor changes in their condition. Assist in the
implementation of patient care plans and the evaluation of patient
responses. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize
patient rehabilitation outcomes. Educate patients and their
families on treatments and therapy progress. Maintain a safe,
clean, and well-organized patient environment. Strong practical
nursing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and health and safety
protocols. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compassionate patient care and a commitment to therapeutic
integrity. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure by the state
board. CPR certification is preferred.
