Job Opportunity – Critical Care Float Pool RN – New York State Start Date: February 1, 2026 Location: Albany, New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Details to be discussed with qualified candidates Highlights: Float pool position across multiple ICU specialties including Neuro/Trauma SICU, MICU, CCU, and progressive critical care units Level I trauma center experience with diverse, high-acuity case mix Epic EMR system utilized throughout the facility Opportunity to expand clinical expertise across various critical care environments May include coverage for ICU/PCC patients in ED and PACU awaiting placement Dynamic team environment serving a wide range of critically ill patient populations Requirements: Active New York State RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date Epic EMR experience required Level I trauma center experience strongly preferred Prior float pool or multi-unit ICU experience highly desired Competency caring for patients in neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and PCCU settings Ability to adapt quickly to different critical care environments and patient populations Why It's a Great Opportunity: This critical care float pool role offers the chance to work with a highly skilled team in a fast-paced Level I trauma center environment.
