FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Cliffside Park, NJ is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team of professionals in Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles. What We Offer: Signing Bonus between $5,000 and $10,000 (commensurate with experience - disbursement details at time of hire) Medical Benefit Options 401K PTO Including Vacation and Holidays Opportunities for Professional Development and Leadership Valuable On-The-Job Training Average Daily Schedule of 12 Patients Relocation Benefits/Reimbursement Available for Highly Qualified Candidates Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Include : Perform new-patient evaluations/exams Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises, track progress Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care Examine and evaluate new patients Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises Measure and track intervention effectiveness Educate the patient on continuing care Other duties as assigned Required Skills Successful Candidates Will Have DPT from an accredited program Current New Jersey state PT license Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment Must have self-motivation with a willingness to learn and treat all physical therapy modalities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Spanish speaking is preferred but not required 1 years of experience in the field is preferred, but we will consider exceptional new graduates
