Doctor of Medicine | Endocrinology Location: Albany, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a thriving practice in Albany, New York . This role involves primarily outpatient care , including diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of diabetes and other endocrine/metabolic disorders . The team utilizes the latest diabetes care technology , including insulin pumps, CGM, and professional monitoring, and provides specialized services such as complication screening, medication management, foot care, weight management, nutritional counseling, and patient education . Physicians will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of endocrinologists, advanced practitioners, and diabetes educators to deliver innovative, patient-centered care . Shift Timings: Primarily outpatient responsibilities On-call 1:10 , with additional inpatient call only when inpatient providers are off Flexible scheduling Requirements Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Endocrinology NY Medical License (or willing to obtain) Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) Previous employment experience as an Endocrinologist (preferred) Excellent clinical and communication skills Strong commitment to team-based, patient-centered care Benefits Competitive salary $245K–$260K/year with eventual integrated compensation model Starting bonus of $35,000 Retention bonus of $15,000 over 2 years ??
