This role demands a compassionate professional focused on providing top-notch patient care while supporting our missions in medical education and biomedical research. The Clinical Nurse will be pivotal in maintaining patient care standards, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring the overall comfort and safety of patients. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a high-volume environment. Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Engage in patient and family education regarding treatments and healthcare needs. Document patient care services and update patient records accordingly. Implement infection-control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Strong clinical skills with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
