Job Description:

hospital environment. This position requires a skilled individual
committed to contributing to all phases of patient care, from
assessment and diagnosis to treatment and follow-up, with a focus
on continual improvement of quality and processes. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care in compliance with established
standards and policies. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Document patient care services clearly and accurately.
Empower patients by teaching them and their families to understand
their conditions and medical interventions. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate holistic patient
care. Contribute to departmental audits and initiatives aimed at
quality improvement. Mentor junior staff and participate in
professional development programs. Strong clinical skills with a
focus on surgical, emergency, or critical care nursing. Proficient
in using electronic medical record systems. Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills. Capacity to handle
high-stress situations with resilience and professionalism. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS/CPR
certification mandatory. ACLS preferred.
